2. What we collect
Via the booking form: name, e-mail, phone, pickup and destination, date/time, number of passengers and any notes you provide. We also process the route/distance to estimate the price.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your request and prepare an offer (steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Recipients
Data may be processed by our hosting/e-mail providers acting as processors. For distance calculation, coordinates are sent to the routing service (OpenRouteService) and map/geocoding providers (OpenStreetMap/Photon). We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
We keep booking data as long as necessary for the purpose and legal deadlines, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Croatian DPA (AZOP). To exercise your rights, contact info@boss-transfer.hr.
