We provide occasional road passenger transport by van (Mercedes V-Class). Bookings made through this website are non-binding requests; a contract is formed only upon our written confirmation and/or the accepted offer.
3. Prices and offers
The online calculator provides an estimate of the distance. The binding price is stated in the official offer we send by e-mail.
4. Booking and cancellation
Please provide accurate pickup/destination, date and time. For changes or cancellation, contact us as early as possible. We reserve the right to decline a request (e.g. unavailability).
5. Obligations of the passenger
Passengers shall behave appropriately, follow safety instructions and are liable for any damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
6. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court.
